Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 0 minutes mins
- 6 cups fresh fruit (your preferred combination of peach, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, green grape, pineapple, kiwi, mango)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds optional
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint optional
Thoroughly wash all fruit.
Cut any large fruits into bite sized pieces. Leave small berries like raspberries and blueberries whole; but cut any pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberry, or grapes into bite sized pieces.
Next mix the honey lime dressing. See tips above for getting the most juice from your limes.
Gently pour the dressing over the fruit and use a silicone spatula to gently fold the fruit and dressing together. You don't want to smash any of the fruit, particularly the berries.
OPTIONAL: Add in your chopped mint or poppy seeds and gently fold the fruit salad together.
